ichard started in construction when he was a teenager working as a framing and trim carpenter. As time progressed he started his own framing and trim contracting business conducting work for several builders in Central Texas. It was a natural process for Richard to begin building homes. Since he had worked with many of the other subcontractors on the jobs, it gave him a unique perspective and ability to work well with the home buyer and the subcontractors to “bridge the gap”. By this we mean the home owner can let Richard know what they need and Richard can explain in layman’s terms to the subcontractor exactly what the home owner wants without any miscommunication. Bringing a “hands-on” approach to each project allows Richard to offer advantages you won’t find with other home builders. One big difference is his personal attention in overseeing each project to keep the job on target and meeting his highest quality standards. Since Richard limits the number of homes he builds, this allows him to maintain close involvement with each individual client to assure their total satisfaction.
